Chilling moment rapper Julio Foolio is executed by assault-rifle wielding killer... before suspects are dramatically arrested during huge thunderstorm

Shocking surveillance footage captured the moment Florida rapper Julio Foolio was executed in an 'ambush' style attack - as police announce the arrest of four suspects.

Julio Foolio, whose real name is Charles Jones, was celebrating his 26th birthday at an Airbnb with friends before he checked into a Home 2 Suites hotel, where he was killed on June 23.

Security camera footage shows three armed shooters firing at Jones in the parking lot while he was sitting in the passenger seat of a car attempting to flee the scene.

Police said five suspects from rival gangs conspired to commit the first-degree premediated murder of the up and coming rapper.

Three of the suspects - Alicia Andrews, 21, Isaiah Chance, 21, and Sean Gathright, 18 - were arrested in the middle of a storm in Jacksonville on Saturday.

A fourth suspect, Rashad Murphy, 30, was arrested just after midnight on Tuesday following a dramatic standoff with police. 

Police are working to track down a fifth suspect, Davion Murphy, 27, who is still at large.

'All five suspects traveled from Jacksonville to Tampa on June 22, 2024, in two separate vehicles to locate and kill Jones in retaliation for an ongoing Jacksonville rival gang feud,' Tampa police said.

Jones is said to be a member of the '6 Block' gang in Jacksonville which has a long ongoing feud with two other allied street gangs known as 'ATK' and '1200.'

Police said Chance is a documented ATK gang member, and Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy are documented 1200 gang members.

Chance and Andrews allegedly tracked down Jones and his entourage to two separate locations on the night of June 23.

At each location Chance got out of the car and used his cell phone, then a second suspect vehicle arrived at each location.

Both vehicles then followed the victim and his entourage to the Home 2 Suites located at 11606 McKinley Drive where the shooting occurred.

At the hotel one vehicle drove by Jones parked cars twice and left, then video shows three armed shooters getting in position to execute Jones.

The three shooters - identified by police as Rashad Murphy, Sean Gathright, and Davion Murphy - are seen firing at Jones car as he tried to flee the scene.

Gathright was arrested a local Jacksonville shopping center on Saturday as a thunderstorm rolled in. 

Andrews and Chance were arrested outside of a residence in the pouring rain by the Jacksonville Sherriff's Office SWAT Team.

'Isaiah Chance, this is the Jacksonville Sherriff's Office. We are here in your driveway. We have a warrant for your arrest. Come to the front door with nothing in your hands, we are not going away,' police said.

Footage of the arrests show Chance coming out of the house first wearing a red hoodie, black pants and white slides.

The up-and-coming rapper, who had one million followers on Instagram, has been a target of numerous shootings in the past

Andrews came out after and was arrested without shoes on as the rain continued to come down.

Rashad Murphy was arrested by the Jacksonville Sheriff Office and U.S. Marshals Service who tracked him down tp an apartment complex off Collins Road.

Police evacuated nearby residents and spent hours trying to talk him out of the complex.

Eventually they had to use tactics such as setting off smoke in this unit to get him to come out.
