The jury in Sean 'Diddy' Combs' sex-trafficking and racketeering trial winced after they were shown videos of his infamous Freak Offs on Monday.
Several female jurors appeared uncomfortable in their seats as they viewed footage from one of the mogul's sex marathons at the Trump International hotel in New York City.
The footage was shown to jurors after Judge Arun Subramanian dismissed a member of the jury over inconsistencies in his statements about where he lives.
Diddy's lawyers had said they would demand a mistrial if the state's request to have the juror dismissed over inconsistent statements was granted. They argued in a letter to Judge Subramanian that there was no valid basis for the dismissal and it would discriminatory to dismiss the juror.
But the judge decided juror #6 would be booted and replaced with an alternate - and he gave stern comments to the defense for making the juror dismissal issue about race, saying it would be ‘improper’ to make the decision based on the juror's races.'
The prosecution is expected to wrap up their case over the next days.
Diddy, 55, has pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he faces 15 years to life in prison.

A black female juror furrowed her brow and winced Monday while watching the first of three clips of the Freak Offs, which ran from 20 or 30 seconds.
Another black female juror moved uncomfortably in her seat and put her head to her head as she watched the footage.
Two of the films lasted 11 minutes and a third was 39 minutes but jurors were only shown a small amount.
The videos were only shown on a prosecution laptop and to the jury, who wore headphones.
Music could be heard faintly in court from the videos and what appeared to be groaning.
The videos were taken in October 2012 where records shown to the jury indicated that Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura was taking part in a Freak Off at the Trump International Hotel in New York with two male escorts.
One of them was known as ‘The Punisher’ and the other was called Dave.
Jurors have previously been shown stills from the marathon sex sessions. They have also heard an audio featuring 'Jane.'

A former escort forced to have sex with Diddy's ex Cassie Ventura at the disgraced mogul's notorious 'Freak Off' parties has broken his silence to give 'some credence' to her testimony.
Ventura took the stand as a star witness in Sean 'Diddy' Combs' sex trafficking trial, breaking down in tears as she told how she was forced to participate in elaborately choreographed sex marathons that routinely involved male escorts.
Shawn Dearing was among the more than 10 men hired to perform at Diddy's parties, it was revealed during the R&B singer's testimony.
Internet trolls have tried to connect some of America's biggest names - from Barack Obama and Kamala Harris to Beyoncé and Jay-Z - to Diddy's alleged misconduct.
Prince and Kim Porter were brought into the discourse posthumously with theorists alleging both detailed Diddy's alleged exploits before their deaths.
Others even went as far as baselessly claiming Los Angeles' deadly Palisades Fire was set in an attempt to burn evidence that would be essential to Diddy's trial.
On the latest episode of the Mail's 'The Trial of Diddy' podcast, reporter Marjorie Hernandez interviews Sharay Hayes, a male exotic dancer who testified in court that he was paid to give sexual massages to Cassie Ventura while being watched by a masked Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
Dirk Swain was on his first night out after escaping what should have been certain death.
The 20-year-old had just recovered from being shot in the head after a college football game - and finally felt ready to embrace his second chance at life.
But as he stood on the stairs of a New York gymnasium waiting to enter a celebrity charity event thrown by a relatively unknown 22-year-old music producer called Sean 'Diddy' Combs, the expectant atmosphere began to change.
Minutes later, Dirk took his final breaths.

In 2023, Kristina Khorram texted Diddy to ‘make sure’ that his staff were ‘not doing anything dumb’ like stopping paying the $10,000 a month rent on his ex Jane’s Los Angeles home.
During Jane’s testimony she said that having Diddy pay her rent made her feel like she had to do the Freak Offs or she would lose her home.
In a message to one of Diddy’s other assistants, Khorram tried to figure out how hard her boss was partying.
She wrote: ‘Wild King mode active, or Gucci bag active?’
‘Wild King’ appears to be a reference to ‘King Nights’, another name for Freak Offs. The Gucci bag appeared to refer to Diddy’s personal pouch in which he kept drugs like ketamine, MDMA and cocaine.
The assistant replied: ‘In between the two’.
In one text exchange in January, 2013, Diddy asked Cassie: 'Wanna celebrate Christmas and have a freak off tomorrow or Friday?'
Cassie then contacted an escort service and personally messaged several escorts to set up staggered arrivals on January 11 and January 12.
Cassie previously told the jury that arranging the freak offs became her main job during her relatipnship with Diddy.
Special agent DeLeassa Penland wil return to the stand on Tuesday morning.
After the jury was dismissed, defense attorny Teny Geragos asked Judge Subramanian what was said to the jury about the dismissal of juror #6.
The judge told the court he would find out and let the lawyers know in the morning.
Diddy, the subject of several true-crime TV documentaries, is a bit of a true-crime fan himself.
Jane revealed this week that his favorite show is Dateline, the magazine-style NBC stalwart that is heavy on murders and mysteries.
She told jurors that, in their alone time together, she and Combs would watch Dateline for hours 'till we fell asleep.'
Other activities when it was just the two of them included hugging, cuddling and bathing Combs, and giving him foot rubs, Jane testified.
Prosecutors will rest their case as soon as Tuesday, they told the court.
It will then be the turn of the mogul's defense attorneys to make their case to the jury.
They are expected to finish presenting their case after two weeks.
It will then be time for closing arguments, before the jury begins deliberations.
Diddy's wildest sexual fantasy involved a twisted NBA roleplay – casting himself as Michael Jordan, his ex-girlfriend as Kobe Bryant and the male escort she regularly slept with as Shaquille O'Neal – the ex testified on day two of the fifth week in the disgraced rap mogul's sex trafficking trial.
'Jane', who testified under a pseudonym, said the hip hop mogul's obsession with 'cuckold' scenarios may have been a way to live out his bisexual fantasties without physically engaging with men – because he was 'too ashamed' to do so openly.
Jane described the 'Freak Offs' she attended during their relationship as filled with extravagant sexual roleplay where participants gave each other nicknames inspired by legendary basketball stars.

Diddy has been sporting a much different look during his trial than he did while he was a free man, sparking speculation that he could be trying 'the nerd defense.'
His hair and goatee are now nearly all white, as the mogul no longer has access to Just For Men hair dye that was found in his Miami mansion.
He has also been pairing black framed glasses with a white collared short under a neutral toned sweater, as noted by The New York Times.
The 'nerd defense' is based on the idea that dressing defendants in glasses has a subliminal effect on the jury, which will see the accused as someone less likely to engage in criminal activity.
The term was actually coined by Harvey Slovis, who represented Diddy during his 1999 trial for gun possession.
TMZ reported Monday that the judge in Diddy's trial is concerned about another juror - after juror #6 was dismissed this morning.
Judge Arun Subramanian is worried about a juror talking about the case outside of court.
The juror in question apparently alerted the court on Friday to a mystery text from a number he did not recognize asking if he was juror #6.
The juror said he did not recognize the number, but the judge was still concerned he might be discussing the trial outside of the jury.

The release of the images sparked a frenzy on social media - after the public saw shocking text messages where Cassie Ventura said she 'loved' freak offs.
Other bombshell images from the trial included injuries Cassie says she sustained in their turbulent relationship, and intimate pictures from the first time the couple had sex on ecstasy after her 21st birthday.
Here, DailyMail.com reveals the most scandalous and eye-popping images that lift the lid on Diddy's alleged life of debauchery.
Just four weeks into the trial of Sean 'Diddy' Combs and I want to prepare you for the possibility that these proceedings could come to a sudden, screeching halt.
I spent most of my professional career around courtrooms as a consultant for trial attorneys, instructing them, not on the legal aspects of cases, but on the human elements, specifically how jurors responded to their arguments.
At this moment in the Combs trial – with the prosecution expected to wrap up its arguments in the coming days – I question whether the jury has been presented with enough evidence to reasonably expect them to find a legal basis to convict.
And for that reason, I predict the judge may be tempted to essentially throw the case out of court.

After Cassie filed her lawsuit in November, 2023, D-Roc texted Diddy: 'Love you man, if you need a friend, I'm here.'
Diddy replied: 'I'll call you back, talking to the kids.'
D-Roc, who gained notoriety as one of Biggie Small's entourage members, then texted one of Diddy's former assistants, who testified under the pseudonym of 'Mia.'
D-Roc tried getting Mia to pick up the phone as Diddy was calling her, saying the mogul 'didn't want anything from her.'
Mia testified she felt at the time D-Roc was trying to secure her support amid Diddy's legal troubles.
Summary witness DeLeassa Penland, a special agent with the US Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York, has taken the stand for the prosecution.
She is expected to outline the timeline of the 2016 assault on Cassie at the Intercontinental hotel in Los Angeles.
From his wardrobe to his courtroom props and even interactions with witnesses and jurors, the 55-year-old is leaving nothing off the table when it comes to fighting for his freedom.
An alternate juror joined the jury on Monday following the dismissal of juror #6 over statements about his place of residency.
The new juror is a white male who walked into court with a book by author David Sedaris under his arm.
The juror, 57, lives in Westchester with his wife and has two kids. He works as a manufacturing architect.
He likes a variety of music but said that his children recently got him into country.
Diddy's lawyers vigorously fought to keep juror #6, a 41-year-old black man who said he loved 90s hip-hop and reggeaton.
The rap mogul himself could take the stand and will be able to decide if he wants to up until the last minute, but his lawyers will most likely advise him not to do so.
So far, the blockbuster trial has consisted of a number of bombshell testimonies from his ex-girlfriend and main accuser Cassie Ventura, rapper Kid Cudi, Dawn Richard, a former member of Combs' pop group Danity Kane, and his former executive assistant George Kaplan, among others.
Here is a full list of everyone who has taken the stand so far:

Khorram said: 'stay focused, it’s not worth derailing, that much I know.'
Diddy's lawyers on Thursday morning spoke about an event in January 2024 involving Jane in a hotel room in Vegas and how it was important that they be able to use some names that they are prohibited from doing by the anonymity order around the witness.
Doing so would allow members of the public to ‘come forward’ if they had information that might help the case. Agnifilo said that using the names was ‘important’.
Prosecutor Maurene Comey said that doing so would be a ‘pretext to harass and intimidate this witness’ and that enough had been revealed already so that anyone who had information about that event could.
The judge agreed and said he wouldn’t modify the order to allow the names from this episode to be used. The judge said this was a ‘collateral issue’ and not related to the sex trafficking charges.
Once she was back on the stand, Jane explained that in January, 2024, she traveled to Vegas with a famous rapper and his girlfriend on a private plane.
Jane said she saw Anton, one of the male escorts, having sex with someone while the rapper and his girlfriend watched.
Diddy's lawyer said Diddy and the unnamed rapper 'were really close to one another' and he is 'at the top of the music industry.'
Jane said she was aware Anton had a relationship with the rapper and often traveled with the male escort.
Jane said she flirted with the rapper and flashed her breasts at the party and claimed the rapper said he had always had a crush on her.

'If you cannot be honest with me this doesn't work.... We all know what your kryptonite is….that downstairs felt like a lie.'
Diddy replied: 'come take my phone.'
Khorram answered him: '[lying] will break me and I feel like we’re about to live this s**t all over again.'
Although Diddy has often endorsed Democrats throughout the years, including Joe Biden in 2020, he has been photographed with members across the political spectrum.

On Monday the jury was shown multiple text message exchanges that showed Diddy's employees appearing to prepare all the requirements for the freak offs.
In one conversation from March, 2016, the mogul and his chief of staff Kristina Khorram discuss the preparations.
Khorram and another assistant also discussed getting $4,000 in cash to a hotel room.
'Heads up, he’s probably about to do wild king tonight,' Khorram texted one Diddy assistant.
The assistant replied: 'S**t need to reup on baby oil and s**t.'

Agents found about 900 bottles of Astroglide and 200 bottles of baby oil.
During cross-examination Diddy's lawyer Marc Agnifilo repeated the claim that the mogul 'liked to buy in bulk.'
'Buying in bulk, that’s what it looks like to you?' he asked the special agent on the stand.
'Sure,' the agent replied.
In a newly-released voice note from played to the court on Tuesday, Diddy told Jane: 'Baby [I] had a great time.
'You are the crack pipe. That’s my new name for you, or shall I call you CP.'
When asked about the comment, Jane said it referenced addiction 'to her ex.'
In a voice note from Jane to Diddy played to the court, she is heard telling him: 'Crack pipe is so real for both of us….definitely stay in the light, have a good celebration for you.
'I had so, so, so much fun with you. Turks was incredible, being close with you. I’m so happy. I’m definitely going to rest up...'
Ananya Sankar, a paralegal for the U.S. Attorney's Office, was the first witness called to the stand by the prosecution on Monday.
She is telling the court about text messages she reviewed that were obtained from a cellphone.
Summary witness DeLeassa Penland is expected to take the stand after Sankar. She will testify about the 2016 filmed assault on Cassie Ventura at an LA hotel.
The third witness Monday will be Brendan Paul, a former assistant of Diddy's.

Judge Arun Subramanian ruled on Monday morning that juror #6, a black man, will be dismissed from the jury and replaced with an alternate.
The judge said he had 'concerns about his candor and whether he shaded answers to get on and stay on the panel.'
The defense over the weekend had argued there was no valid basis for the dismissal and it would discriminatory to dismiss the juror.
'All of this was part of a coordinated effort to try to destroy one of the most successful black men in American history,' Diddy's lawyers said in a letter.
Juror #6 is a 41-year-old black man who works in communications at a correctional facility.
On Monday, the judge said: 'The defense raised concerns about replacing an African American juror with a white one... . The Court takes this seriously- but further questioning is inappropriate and might negatively impact the jury. This is why we have alternates.'
The judge admonished Diddy's attorneys for making the juror dismissal issue about race, saying it would be ‘improper’ to make the decision based on the juror's races.'
The judge said Diddy ‘has not got the right to a boutique jury’ that mirrors his own race.
Diddy didn’t seem phased and stretched his arms in the air as the judge spoke.
Diddy's ex-assistant Capricorn Clark exposed the mogul's list of celebrities enemies and many other A-listers have come up in testimony.

Judge Arun Subramanian said on Friday that juror #6 should be dismissed because of inconsistencies in his statements about his place of residency.
These changes suggested an ‘effort to try to get onto the jury’ the judge said.
'In the robing room he said the daughter lived in New Jersey. Then he said, in The Bronx, with his aunt. In the voir dire he said he lived with his girlfriend - who lives in New Jersey. These are inconsistencies,' the judge said.
'The reason we have alternate jurors is if questions arise. Where there's a question like this, removal of the juror is required. The juror will be dismissed, he should not return on Monday.'
Diddy shook his head after the judge made the comments.
His lawyers had suggested prosecutors wanted the juror out because he was black and strongly opposed the juror's dismissal.
The defense then said over the weekend they plan on demanding a mistrial if the juror is dismissed.
Judge Subramanian said he will make a ruling Monday morning.
Summary witness Special agent DeLeassa Penland took the jury on monday through multiple records that prosecutors say show Diddy, Cassie and his employees arranging freak offs.
On October 10, 2012, a travel invoice was sent to Bad Boy Records for Cassie for a flight from LA to NYC.
Penland then read messages where Cassie was arranging a freak off during that NYC trip.
The jury was also shown an invoice for the hotel room.
