Sean 'Diddy' Combs trial has been delayed after a juror suffered a vertigo episode on the way to court Wednesday morning.
Judge Arun Subramanian decided testimony would be cancelled over the juror's absence. It's unclear if prosecutors will still be able to rest their case on Friday as was expected.
The trial's delay comes after the mogul's lawyers revealed this week they will now only need as little as two days to present their case - a move experts think could signal the defense is feeling optimistic about Diddy's chances of walking free.
Diddy, 55, could spend the rest of his life in prison if convicted of sex-trafficking and racketeering.
He has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges. He has been jailed at a federal lockup in Brooklyn since his September arrest at a Manhattan hotel.
Court is cancelled over ANOTHER juror issue
Judge Arun Subramanian cancelled testimony on Wednesday over a juror having a vertigo episode on their way to court.
The juror's issue was apparently ‘unexpected and momentary.’
There will also not be testimony Thursday as it is federal holiday Juneteenth.
It means the prosecution's last major witness, Diddy's alleged drug mule Brendan Paul, will take the stand on Friday.
Prosecutors said this week they would rest their case then, but it's unclear how the delay Wednesday will affect their plans.

Mystery rapper at the center of 'victim's' testimony
Diddy's lawyers on Thursday morning spoke about an event in January 2024 involving Jane in a hotel room in Vegas and how it was important that they be able to use some names that they are prohibited from doing by the anonymity order around the witness.
Doing so would allow members of the public to ‘come forward’ if they had information that might help the case. Agnifilo said that using the names was ‘important’.
Prosecutor Maurene Comey said that doing so would be a ‘pretext to harass and intimidate this witness’ and that enough had been revealed already so that anyone who had information about that event could.
The judge agreed and said he wouldn’t modify the order to allow the names from this episode to be used. The judge said this was a ‘collateral issue’ and not related to the sex trafficking charges.
Once she was back on the stand, Jane explained that in January, 2024, she traveled to Vegas with a famous rapper and his girlfriend on a private plane.
Jane said she saw Anton, one of the male escorts, having sex with someone while the rapper and his girlfriend watched.
Diddy's lawyer said Diddy and the unnamed rapper 'were really close to one another' and he is 'at the top of the music industry.'
Jane said she was aware Anton had a relationship with the rapper and often traveled with the male escort.
Jane said she flirted with the rapper and flashed her breasts at the party and claimed the rapper said he had always had a crush on her.
The identity of a mystery rapper that was mentioned in Diddy's ex-girlfriend 'Jane's' testimony today dominated the 22nd day of his sex trafficking trial after she said he was there with his wife for a 'Freak Off'

Diddy's 'drug mule' Brendan Paul to take the stand
Paul was named in a civil lawsuit filed last February by Rodney Jones Jr who accused Diddy of forcing him to hire prostitutes to engage in sex acts.
Jones accused Paul of being Diddy's drug 'mule' who transported drugs for him, as well as guns.
Paul, 25, a former Syracuse University basketball player, was arrested in March last year at Opa-locka airport in Miami.
He was charged with cocaine and marijuana possession but was given a six month drug intervention programme, which he completed and so avoided jail time.
Paul testified in court under an immunity order signed by the judge.
Diddy's alleged drug mule Brendan Paul has accepted a plea deal and will avoid jail - one month after he was arraigned for a single drugs-based felony charge.
